A free, no-obligation demo class is offered to all prospective students before enrollment. No payment is required for the demo class — there is nothing to refund at this stage.
If you cancel your enrollment before the first paid class:
Once classes have commenced, the following refund schedule applies:
Refunds are calculated based on the number of classes remaining in the paid term at the time of cancellation request.

In the unlikely event that Soroban Abacus must discontinue a programme (for reasons such as insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), a pro-rata refund of all remaining unused fees will be processed within 14 working days.
We understand that emergencies happen. If a student cannot continue due to a medical condition or family emergency, please contact us with supporting documentation. We will review each case individually and strive to provide a fair resolution.
