1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any programme offered by Soroban Abacus or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Programmes

Soroban Abacus offers structured abacus training programmes for children aged 4–14, as well as add-on programmes including Vedic Mathematics, Rubik's Cube, and Calligraphy. Programme details, levels, fees, and schedules are communicated at the time of enrollment.

3. Enrollment & Registration

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration form and applicable fees.
• A free demo class is offered to prospective students before enrollment — no obligation to join.
• Soroban Abacus reserves the right to decline enrollment at its discretion.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

4. Fees & Payment

• Programme fees are payable in advance for each term or as agreed at the time of enrollment.
• Fees are subject to change; students will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any revision.
• Late payment may result in temporary suspension of classes.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

5. Class Attendance & Conduct

• Regular attendance is essential for program progress. Parents are encouraged to ensure consistent attendance.
• Students are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behaviour during all sessions.
• Soroban Abacus reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment if a student's conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
• Missed classes may not always be rescheduled. Please check with your instructor for make-up class availability.

6. Online Classes

For online sessions, students/parents are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and a quiet learning environment. Soroban Abacus is not liable for technical difficulties on the student's end that result in missed or interrupted classes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programme materials — including text, images, videos, and course content — is the intellectual property of Soroban Abacus and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Photography & Video

Soroban Abacus may photograph or video-record students during classes or events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant us permission to use such media. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Soroban Abacus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding one month.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
